Alicia Rodriguez Pollitt of Little Rock, Arkansas, was born April 1, 1957 at Kingsville, Texas, the daughter of the late Theodore and Sanjuana Garza Rodriguez. She was a homemaker and member of Orion Missionary Baptist Church. The greatest joy of her life was spending time with her family.


Mrs. Pollitt died Thursday, June 15, 2017 at Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, at the age of 60. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister, Anna B. Ortega, and her brothers, Theodore, Mike, and Thomas Rodriguez.


Survivors include her husband, Jeff Pollitt; sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan Douglas Pollitt and Jennifer, Ryan Joseph Pollitt and Carrirre Tomney, Matthew Jed Pollitt and Jaime Kinney, all of Little Rock; mother-in-law, Myrtle Porter; brothers, Mark Rodriguez, Tim Rodriguez; sisters, Mary Rodriguez, Janie Odom, Ory Rodriguez, Ovy Morales; 5 grandchildren.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, June 19, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan, with Bro. Joe Taylor officiating. Burial will be in Orion Cemetery. Visitation is Monday, 9:00-10:00 A.M.
