Allen J. Biggar, Jr. of Prattsville, Arkansas was born November 1, 1956in Houston, Texas, the son of the Del Jean Duke Buie and the late Allen J. Biggar, Sr. He attended Buie Baptist Church in Prattsville and had served in the US Navy. He enjoyed watching westerns.

Mr. Biggar died Friday, July 8, 2016 at the VA Hospital in Little Rock at the age of 59.

Survivors: sons, Allen J. Biggar, III of Prattsville; Joseph Biggar and wife Sara of Sheridan; daughter, Trisha Hutchins and husband Elliot of Malvern; mother and step-father, Del and Robert Buie of Prattsville; brothers, Kenneth Sheffield and wife Brenda of Huffman, Texas, Steven Sheffield of Prattsville; sisters, Latricia Freeman and husband Bean of Prattsville, Karen Biggar of Texas, Julie Ross and husband David of Anchorage, Alaska; step-sisters, Debbie Williams and husband Perry, Denise Shoptaw all of Prattsville; 7 grandchildren, Joshua, Lynzi, Lyzabeth, Elijah, Camden, Korbin and Arabella and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside service will be 10:30 A.M. Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville with Bro. Don Goodman officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service at the funeral home from 9-10 A.M.
