Anthony D. "Tony" Lybrand of Sheridan, Arkansas was born June 18, 1964 in Malvern, Arkansas, the son of Norma Jean Wells Petty and the late Howard Wayne Lybrand. He was of the Baptist Faith. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, watching old John Wayne movies and playing video games.
Tony died Thursday, October 12, 2017 at CHI St. Vincent Infirmary in Little Rock at the age of 53.
In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his grandparents, James and Verlon Wells and Howard and Emily Lybrand and his wife, Mickie Mooney Lybrand.
Survivors: fiancé, Janet McPherson Armentrout; daughters, Amanda Hollins (Bryant) of Ruston, LA, Candice Moore of Sheridan; Kaitlyn Lybrand of Sheridan; mother, Norma Petty of Sheridan; brothers, Eric Petty (Niki) of Sheridan, Nathan Petty (Tabitha) of Fordyce; Shane Lybrand of Mountain Home; sister, Jennifer King of Gamaliel ; 5 grandchildren and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and friends.
Graveside services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, October 13, 2017 at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville with Bro. Bill Webb officiating. Visitation will be at the cemetery prior to the service from 1:30 until service time.
