Anthony Hunter of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 11,1962 in Little Rock, Arkansas the son of the late Elmer Dean and Mary Louise Esparza Hunter. He was a member of Shiloh Missionary Baptist Church and had retired from Dassault Falcon. He enjoyed hunting, watching the deer in the back yard, mowing and watching horse and dog races.

Mr. Hunter died at his home on August 25, 2021 at the age of 58.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Chris Hunter and a niece, Roxanne Sturch.

Survivors: wife of almost 10 years, Rhana Morris Hunter of Sheridan; sons, Eric (Angie) Hunter of Texas, Dallas Wingard of Sheridan; daughters, Samantha Hunter of Missouri, Tara (Michael) Lanthrip of Cabot; sisters, Jennie (JD) Hammock of Bryant, Carolyn Hunter of Benton, Yolanda Miller of Pine Bluff, Cynthia Sturch of Sheridan; 6 grandchildren, Izzy Stasney (Aaron Beckham), Myanna Stasney, Aden Stasney, Aubree Lantrip, Adlee Lantrip and Witten Lantrip; 1 great grandson, Chance Beckham and a host of nieces, nephew, and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Monday August 30, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Jon Cox officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel South Cemetery. Visitation will be Sunday at the funeral home from 4:00-6:00 P.M.

Pallbearers are Eric Hunter, Michael Lantrip, Mark Jackson, R.J. Eagon, Bobby Hoyle and Jeremy Lowery.
