Arlis had a long and wonderful life. He enlisted into the Navy at an early age and went to flight school to become a pilot. After his military service he went on to graduate from college with a degree in industrial technology. He retired as a trainer for Entergy services. Arlis loved the lord and was a faithful and active member of the Lone Pine Missionary Baptist Church in Hensley, AR. He was also a past Jurisdictional President of Woodmen Life. Arlis was an avid hunter and fisherman, but he loved to travel. That is evident from the 11 cruises and many journeys across America he took with his family. He also loved about any type of animal from cats and dogs to horses and they loved him back. We know Arlis is where he wanted to be and we will all see him again soon, but he is already missed by his family and friends.
