Barbara (Bobbi) Louise Douglass Tabor of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 8, 1943 at Little Rock, Arkansas, the daughter of the late "Horace" Booker Douglass, Jr. and Ida Lucretia Eagle Paladino.  Bobbi was a faithful and devoted member of First Baptist Church of Sheridan for many years.  Her greatest joy in life was taking care of her grandchildren and great grandchildren.  Over the years, she enjoyed playing the piano, oil painting, quilting, crocheting, and sewing.

The angels took her home to be with her Lord on Friday, April 14, 2023 at Arkansas Heart Hospital, at the age of 79.  Her faith has now become sight, and she's at home with her Lord and other loved ones who've gone on before, including her parents and her brothers, Horace Edward (Eddie) Douglass and Tony Paladino.

Survivors include her husband and best friend for over 60 years, Edward Orice Tabor of Sheridan. They were married June 29, 1962; son and daughter-in-law, David Douglass Tabor and Dorothy Sue "Suzy" Tabor; daughter and son-in-law, Teresa "Teri" N. Tabor Vail and Rick Vail;  brother, Don Paladino; sister, Debi Knight; sister-in-law, Bobbie Fred Collier Douglass;  grandchildren, Beverly Janice Tabor, Kendall Douglass Tabor, Ezekiel James Vail. She is also survived by several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and her church family.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 18, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Michael Daugherty officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethel Cemetery in the Ico Community.  Visitation is also Tuesday, from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
