Barbara Whiteside Monk of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 1, 1959 in Stuttgart, the daughter of the late James E. and Evelyn Spizter Whiteside.
She was of the Apostolic Pentecostal faith.

Mrs. Monk died at her home on Monday, December 8, 2025 at the age of 66.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Survivors: husband of 51 years, Robert Monk, Jr.; son, Robert Elige Monk III; daughter, Amy Sherree Monk; sister, Karen L. Perritt;.5 grandchildren and one great grandchild and many extended family members and friends.

There will be no service.
