Becky Catherine Hathcock Ashley of Prattsville, Arkansas went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, November 28, 2016. She was an active member of Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville. She had worked for 17 years for AP&L (Entergy) and 29 years at the Prattsville Post Office. She was a Godly servant who enjoyed cooking for her family and friends. She also enjoyed quilting.

She was born March 9, 1936 in Malvern, Arkansas to the late Hudy and Rosa Masters Hathcock.

She was preceded in death by her brothers, Bernis Hathcock and Johnny Hathcock and brothers-in-law, Billie Joe Crutchfield and Olton Ashley.
Becky was married to Orville Ashley of Prattsville, on May 12, 1956. In addition to Orville, she is survived by their daughter, Cindy Ashley Thompson and husband Rob of Bauxite; grandchildren, Jake, Lindie, Lennon, Marlee and future-granddaughter-in-law, Wynn. She is also survived by her brother, Houston Hathcock and wife Lovie of Malvern; sisters, Kay Schulle and Diane Freeman of Malvern, Imogene Weaver of Olla, LA; sisters-in-law, Judi Hathcock and Rilla Hathcock of Malvern, Oleda Jean Norwood of Sacramento, CA and Juanita Crutchfield, her best friend of over 60 years and a host of nieces, nephews and friends that she loved dearly.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, November 30, 2016 at Harmony Missionary Baptist Church in Prattsville with Bro. Don Goodman, Bro. Patrick Greer and Dr. James Pierce officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery. Visitation will be prior to the service at the church from 1:00 until service time.

Pallbearers will be her nephews.
