Elizabeth Ann "Betty" Glassco Ball of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 7, 1916 in Webster Grove, St. Louis, Missouri, the daughter of the late Leonard O. And Gertrude Hutchison Glassco. She was a member of Marlow Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan and had been a 4-H Leader for many years. She enjoyed painting and crafts and spending time with her family.

Ms. Ball died Tuesday, September 13, 2011 at St. Vincent's Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 94.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, William Walter Ball and a brother, John Glassco.

Survivors: Son, William David Ball and wife Kitty of Owasso, Oklahoma;
Daughter, Carolyn Ann Poole and husband David of Sheridan;
Brother, Bill Glassco and wife Toby of Prattsville;
Grandsons, William Aaron and Tasha Ball of Tulsa, Oklahoma; David Alan and Mary Ball of Winn; Timothy Houston Ball of Owasso, Oklahoma;
Great grandchildren, Makala Ball, Aiden Ball, Jesslyn Ball and Samuel Aaron Ball.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, September 15, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Robert Standley and Bro. Ian Kumpe officiating. Burial will follow at Bethel Cane Creek Cemetery. There will be no visitation.
Pallbearers are J.D.Houchens, Alan Ball, Aaron Ball, Houston Ball, Gordon Anderson and Jerry Tackett.
