Betty Baxley Fagan

Betty Baxley Fagan of East End, Arkansas was born July 4, 1945 in Little Rock, the daughter of the late John and Louise Spann Baxley. She was a member of East End Baptist Church. She had retired from Malvern National Bank after many years of service as a bank teller and she enjoyed shopping and going out to eat with her sisters.

Mrs. Fagan died Thursday, July 9, 2026 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock at the age of 81.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her daughters, Marla Mattison Williams, Terri Lynn Taylor and her first husband, Jerry Mattison.

Survivors: husband Emmett Fagan of Little Rock,; sisters, Carolyn Caple (Clayton), Judy Petty (Mike); sons-in-law, Ted Williams, Tim Taylor all of East End; 5 grandchildren, Jill (Ryan) Stampke, Justin (Brittany) Taylor, Jaren (Allie)Taylor, Austin (Erin) Williams, McKinley (Claudia) Williams and a host of great grandchildren, 1 great great grandchild, nieces, nephews and friends.

Graveside service will be Monday, July 13, 2026 at 10:30 AM at Salem Cemetery in East End with Bro. Oliver Thomas officiating.

Memorial may be made to Salem Cemetery or East End Baptist Church.
