Betty Lou Robinson McGhee of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 20, 1953 in Sheridan, Arkansas the daughter of the late Auston and Mary Elsie Robinson. She attended Sheridan Pentecostal Church of God for over 35 years.

Betty had an in-home daycare for many years. She enjoyed taking care of children as well as reading and studying her Bible, going to church and spending time at the cabin at Buckville. Betty loved her family and cherished the time she spent with them.

Betty died Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at Hospice Home Care in Little Rock at the age of 61.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Bobby Lee McGhee, brothers, Danny Robinson and Floyd Robinson.

Survivors: daughters, Brooke and husband Josh McCool of Sheridan; Janet and husband Sid Sanders of Conway; son, David and wife Bethany of North Little Rock; sisters, Glenda Harp (James) of Sheridan, Dorothy Benfield (Eddie) of Sheridan, Kathy McGhee of Louisiana, Becky Guin (Randy) of Louisiana and Wrenitta Robinson of Sheridan; grandchildren, Janae, Krysta, Eden, Weston and Callie; great grandchildren, Maryn, Hudson and Henry; special friend, Marie Fite of Prattsville and a host of nieces, nephews, church family and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Sunday, June 7, 2015 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home of Sheridan with Bro. Odell Lindsey and Andy Moore officiating. Burial will follow at Center Grove Cemetery.

Visitation will be 6-8 pm Saturday at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Andy Moore, Joey Watts, Jesse Watts, Michael McGhee, Tim Benfield, and Gary Bailey.
