Betty Grace Roig Ward of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 12, 1966 in Pensacola, Florida, the daughter of Brenda Joyce Potts Roig and the late Timothy Allen Roig. She was a member of Calvary Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan, was owner of JAMBS store in Sheridan, and had worked at Pine Bluff Title Company for nearly 30 years. Betty was always busy doing something. When she wasn't working, she enjoyed doing anything outdoors, especially camping, and traveling to the beach. She enjoyed arts and crafts, sewing and needlepoint, and was an expert at anything that had to do with shopping. Her greatest joy in life was her family. She cherished each of them, especially being B-maw and Meemaw to her grandbabies.

Mrs. Ward died at her home, surrounded by family, Wednesday, December 12, 2018, on her 52 ^nd birthday.

Survivors include her husband, Chris Ward; sons, Joseph and wife Randi Haley; Justin Haley; grandchildren, Gracyn Haley and Jeffrey Haley, all of Sheridan; mother, Brenda Roig of Pine Bluff; brother, Donald and wife Kim Roig of Pine Bluff; sister, Paula Cranford of White Hall, and her son Peyton, who knew his Aunt Betty as Aunt BeBe. She is also survived by numerous other family members, a large number of friends, and her faithful dog Berklee.

Funeral services will be held at 10:00 A.M., Monday, December 17, at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will follow in Jones Cemetery, near Redfield. Visitation is Sunday, 2:00-4:00 P.M.

The family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to the Doctors and nurses at CARTI, as well as the amazing nurses of Arkansas Hospice, for the loving care they shared throughout Betty's journey.
