Billie Lucille Lindsey Oliver of Sheridan, Arkansas was born November 29, 1941 in Prattsville, Arkansas, the daughter of the late Bill and Ora Gladys Smith Lindsey. She was a member of First Baptist Church in Sheridan. She enjoyed gardening, growing flowers and spending time with her family.

Ms. Oliver died Saturday, May 12, 2018 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 76.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Kenneth Oliver and a brother, Merle Lindsey.

Survivors: sons, Jon and wife Penney Oliver, Michael and wife Marie Oliver; daughter, Jessica and husband Brannon Wells, all of Sheridan; sisters, Lillian Wilson, and Nancy Buchanan both of Scranton, Francis Thomas of Sheridan; 6 grandchildren, Matthew Oliver, Mallory Oliver, Lakyn Oliver, Sloane Oliver, Keely Wells, Peyton Wells; 2 great grandchildren, Landon Oliver and Madison Oliver and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, May 17 ^th , 2018 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Burial will follow at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
