Obituary
Billy James Smith of Prattsville, Arkansas was born June 20, 1944 at Camden, Arkansas, the son of the late Grady and Betty Jane Hubbard Smith. He served in the Arkansas National Guard, was a retired ironworker and enjoyed hunting, fishing, and golfing
.
Mr. Smith died Friday, July 1, 2016 at St. Vincent Hospice in Little Rock at the age of 72. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers, Ralph Smith and Richard Smith, and a sister, Peggy Sue Pumphrey.
Survivors include his daughters, Kim Riggan of Mountain Home and Kristi Hester of Prattsville; brother, Gary Lee Smith of Prattsville; Grandchildren, Kyndalle Riggan, Brendan Hester, Cayley Hester, Jarah Leopard. He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 5, 2016 at Philadelphia Cemetery at Prattsville. There will be no visitation.
