Billy Fred "Big Eye" Livingston of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 16, 1940 in Locksburg, Arkansas, the son of the late Lellon Monroe and Alice Elizabeth Bratcher Livingston. He was a member of East Union Missionary Baptist Church and had retired from Union Pacific Railroad. He was also a member of the Central AR Antique Machinery Club and the Historical Society.

Mr. Livingston died at St. Vincent Hospice in Little Rock on May 7, 2022 at the age of 81.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his half-sister, Murle Fay Hamby.

Survivors: son, Joey Livingston of East End; daughter, Tonya (Steven) Crump of East End; sisters, Judy Aydelott, Helen Williams and Fannie Mae Lockebly; 2 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren and a host of extended family members and friends.

A Graveside Service will be held on June 19, 2022 at 2:00 P.M. at Ozan Cemetery in Bingen, Arkansas.
