Billy Ray McKeehan of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 17, 1940 at Tipples, West Virginia, the son of the late Forrester and Laura Mae Williams McKeehan.  He was retired from Capital Records as a data programmer.  In his spare time, he enjoyed golfing, bowling, baseball and basketball.  Billy loved his family, and just loved people in general.  He had an infectious smile, with a personality to match, and he enjoyed making memories with his family and friends.

Mr. McKeehan died on his 82nd birthday, surrounded by his family.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Robert and Kenneth; sister, Wilma; daughter-in-law, Lisa.

Survivors include his son, Rickey McKeehan of Ontario, California; daughter and son-in-law, Renee and James Hill of Sheridan, Arkansas; sister, Delores Elwood of Houston, Texas; former wife, RoseMarie McKeehan of Upland, California; grandchildren, Stephen Hill, Randi Smith, MaKenna McKeehan; great grandchildren, Peyton McKeehan, Brody Smith.  He is also survived by numerous other extended family members and friends.

At his request, there will be no public funeral service.
