Billy Pearson of Prattsville, Arkansas was born March 23, 1942 in Clarksville, Arkansas, the son of the late Grattis Pearson and Edith Graves Pearson Walker. He was a member of Buie Baptist Church in Prattsville. He enjoyed hunting, fishing and working in the logging woods.

Mr. Pearson died Tuesday, November 28, 2017 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 75.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Betty Buie.

Survivors: sons, Casper and wife Becky Pearson, Brian Pearson; daughter, Misty Pearson all of Prattsville; brothers, Dennis and Velma Pearson of Prattsville, Harold Pearson of Prattsville, Jim and wife Vergie Walker of McAlister, OK; sisters, Blanche Snow of Mt. Ida,  Virginia and husband Paul Hollinger of Prattsville;  grandchildren, Dillion, Cassidy, Ellie, Katy Beth and Max; great grandchildren, Braiden, Braylee and Eli and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Saturday, December 2, 2017 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Don Goodman officiating. Burial will follow at Jacobs Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday 6-8 PM at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Scotty Pearson, Larry Hill, Randy Buie, Chase Buie, Brant Hill, and James Norman Buie.
