Billy Joe Wade of Hensley, Arkansas was born November 02, 1947 in Little Rock, the son of the late William Franklin Wade and Lillian Ashley Wade. He was a member of Bethel Methodist Church, Freemasons and had retired from Union Pacific Railroad. He was a kind soul and a family man. He enjoyed working in the yard and a good show or movie in the evening with supper. He loved animals and babies and had an outstanding coin collection. He lived a beautifully simple life and will be forever loved and sorely missed.

Mr. Wade died April 3, 2024 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 76.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Nancy Sprankle Wade; brother, Jerry Middleton and a sister Stella Nichols.

Survivors; son, Richard Wade of Hensley; brother, Johnny Wade of Little Rock; sister, Jeanette Barnett of Searcy; 2 granddaughters, Allie Roman' and Annika Wade and many nieces, nephews and friends.

Funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, April 10, 2023 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with visitation from 1:00 until service time also at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Bethel North Cemetery in the Ico Community.
