Bobbie Nell Phillips Webb of Dardanelle, Arkansas, formerly of Sheridan, was born October 22, 1943, in Prescott, the daughter of the late Aubra C. and Hazel Elizabeth Roberts Phillips.

She was a member of First Landmark Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. Mrs. Webb loved her family and friends. She enjoyed shopping, reading, and animals. She also had a great love for music and sang like an angel. She had the enthusiasm of a child when it came to snow, even to the point of waking her daughter up at 3:00 A.M., just to watch the snow together.


Mrs. Webb died Saturday, December 13, 2014 at the age of 71. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad Lee Hix and her brother, Joe Donald Phillips.

Survivors include her daughter and son-in-law, Laurie and Eddy Gagne of Dardanelle; sisters, Geneva Taunton of White Hall and Nancy Downen of Little Rock; grandchildren, Jake Killian Treadwell and wife Ashli, and Colton Lee Treadwell; great grandson, Dylan Yancy Treadwell.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 20, 2014 at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan. Visitation is also Saturday, 12:30-1:30 P.M. at the funeral home.
