Bobby Lee McGhee, of Sheridan was born on December 25, 1934 in Amity, Arkansas, the son of the late Samuel Lee and Hattie Spurlin McGhee. He died on January 11, 2008 in Little Rock at the age of 73 years. He attended Sheridan Pentecostal Church of God; was the former owner of the original City Ice and Grocery and worked for Guy's Food, Inc. for 31 years. He loved camping, fishing and hunting, and also loved playing in the snow with his family. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers
Arvie, Jack and Mack; Sisters, Frances Folkerts, Wanda Milligan and Leita Stratton; and his first wife, Mary White McGhee.

Survivors are his wife, Betty Robinson McGhee of the home,
Son: David (wife Bethany) McGhee of North Little Rock;
Daughters: Janet (husband, Sid) Sanders of Conway;
Brooke (husband, Josh) McCool of Sherwood;
Grandchildren: Janae Sanders, Krysta Sanders, Eden McGhee, Weston McGhee, and Callie McCool.

Funeral Services will be Monday, January 14, 2008 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Brother Odell Lindsey officiating. Visitation will be Sunday afternoon from 3 until 5 PM at the funeral home. Burial will be in Center Grove Cemetery near Sheridan. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to
