Bobby Allen Mitchell of East End, Arkansas was born October 6, 1941 at Lisbon, Missouri, the son of the late Robert "Dink" Mitchell and Grace Jones Mitchell Young.  He was a retired supervisor from Armstrong/Pirelli Rubber Company, and enjoyed fishing.  Mr. Mitchell was of the Pentecostal faith and enjoyed preaching God's Word, attending Gospel music singings, and helping anyone in need.

Mr. Mitchell died Friday, March 4, 2022 at Arkansas Heart Hospital, at the age of 80.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step-father, Wade Young; wives, Mary Julia Lawhon Mitchell (the mother of his children), and Betty Mitchell; brothers, Perry Young, Arthur Battles.

Survivors include his daughters and sons-in-law, Bobbie Sue and Allen Johnson, and Mistie and David Floyd, all of East End; brother, Daryl Young of East End; sister, Clara Faucett of Sherwood; grandchildren, Allen Johnson, Jr. (Lindsey), Mandy Carter (Austin), Brandy Sanders (Luke), Dylan Foster (Brittany), Tanner Foster (Margarita), Landon Floyd, Shelby Floyd, Rickey Floyd (Tamera); great grandchildren, Gabby (Zach), Brooklyn, Lane, Avery, Allison, Avrey, Eli, Dillon, Easton, Gunner, Sawyer, Elena.  He is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Wednesday, March 9, 2022 at Salem Cemetery in East End.  Visitation is Tuesday, 6:00-8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
