Brooks Michael Vaughan of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 10, 2004 at Little Rock the son of Mike and Amy Ford Vaughan. He attended Immanuel Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan.

Brooks died Friday, May 26, 2006 at Patterson, Louisiana at the age of 20 months as a result of an accident. Brooks closed his eyes on this earth and opened them to see HIS JESUS and be held in his warm, loving arms. He has family, friends, his "Nanny" and a "little red-headed preacher" already in Heaven who are waiting their turn to hold him and show him around.

Maternal Great grandmother, Ella Ford of Patterson, Louisiana;
Babysitter, "Mama" Jo Hopkins of Sheridan and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 PM Tuesday, May 30, 2006 at Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan with Bro. Michael Walton, Bro. Carter Pearce and Bro. Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday 5-8 PM at Immanuel Baptist Church. Pallbearers will be Danny Moffett, Patrick Campbell, Allan Kelly and Brian Irons. Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Don Hix, Michael Gwin, Jay Moffett, Josh Moffett and Patrick O'Brien.
