Carl French, "Mighty Mo", of East End, Arkansas was born May 20, 1936 in Forest, Louisiana, to Joe and Juanita French. Carl died Tuesday, December 6, 2011 at Baptist Medical Center surrounded by his family.

Carl had a great heart and always made everyone feel liked. He was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, uncle, and friend. Carl lived a full life and left a great legacy. He will be deeply missed.

Carl was proceeded in death by his father, Joe French, and granddaughter, Crystal Tompkins. Carl is survived by his wife of 57 years, Mary French; his mother, Juanita French; his mother-in-law, Veda Hansen; his children, Carl (Debbie) French, Nancy (Tony) Thornbrue, William French, Lisa Woods, Charlie French, Stephen (Mary) French, Carla (Tommy) Tompkins; his siblings, Luther (Jo Ann) French, Steve (Ann) French, Jo Ann (John) Hagen, Lizz King, Donald French, Margie (Mike) Mixon, Dennis (Sherry) French; 22 grandchildren; 33 great grandchildren; many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Saturday, December 17, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Paul Roberts officiating.
