Carole Ann Lohr Benning Wilson of Hot Springs, Arkansas was born June 29, 1941 in Dover, Ohio, the daughter of the late Raymond and Alberta Dryer Lohr. She was a member of Sheridan First United Methodist Church, and a retired insurance agent. She enjoyed playing Skip Bo, golf, watching TV and watching someone else do her yardwork. Carole also loved to play Bridge with her friends every day of the week.

Carole passed away on Thursday, February 13, 2025 at CHI St Vincent Hospital in Hot Springs at the age of 83.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, BA Wilson and her brother, Ed Lohr.

Survivors: daughter, Michelle Leasure (Casey) of Matamoras, Ohio; 2 grandsons, Tyler Vise and Michael Vise of Hot Springs; sister-in-law, Wanda Lohr of Ohio; Jeff Maness of Hot Springs (son from another mother): one great grandbaby on the way; and a host of extended family member and numerous friends.

A Celebration of Life will be Tuesday February 25, 2025 at 4:00 PM with visitation prior to the service from 3:00 until service time at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Rev. Todd-Paul Taulbee officiating.
