IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Caroline Clements
Jasso
June 12, 1943 – February 11, 2025
Caroline Clements Jasso of the Orion Community, near Redfield, was born June 2, 1943 at Little Rock, the daughter of the late Herman Clements and Gertrude Spann Clements Hicks. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church in Sheridan and was a retired nursing home aide. First and foremost, she loved her Jesus. Her faith was the foundation of who she was…and who she was, was a kind, humble, Christian lady who spent her entire life taking care of others. As mentioned, she worked in a nursing home for years and then later, she took care of family and friends when they were no longer able to take care of themselves. She never sought recognition or praise, but would rather give Glory to God for allowing her to help them. To say Caroline had a "Servant's Heart" would truly be an understatement. She also enjoyed cooking, raising beautiful flowers and making sweet memories with her family, whom she cherished. Also, she and her husband Joe looked forward to packing up and going camping and enjoying God's creation.
Mrs. Jasso went home to be with her Jesus, at home with her family around her, on Tuesday, February 11, 2025, at the age of 81.
Survivors include her husband, Joe Jasso of the home; son and daughter-in-law, Jeff and Linda Jasso of Redfield; daughter and son-in-law, Rita and Dewayne Dillon of Redfield; brother and sister-in-law, Charles and Margaret Clements of East End; grandchildren, Dewayne Dillon (Lyndria), Deserie Watts (Joey), Sarah Dillon, Joseph Jasso (Kristen); great grandchildren, Kaylee Fleming (Justin), Nathan Jasso, Brady Dillon, Layla Geyer, Natellie Jasso, Caspian Jasso, Jeremiah Jasso, Gracelynn Jasso. She is also survived by numerous other extended family members and many friends.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, February 15, 2025 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with her Pastor, Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Burial will be in Orion Cemetery. Visitation is also Saturday, from 10:00 A.M. until service time.
