Carolyn Rae Williams Reed of Sheridan, Arkansas was born February 17, 1939 in Sheridan, Arkansas, the daughter of the late R.S. Garrison Williams and Beadie Beatrice Nutt Williams. She was a member of Hope Pentecostal Church in Sheridan. She enjoyed fishing, cooking, going to deer camp and yard sales. She was a giver and was always taking care of others, especially her family.

Mrs. Reed died Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Baptist Health Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 75.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Newton Williams, Newman Williams, Lois House, Easter Cotton, Dorothy Smith, Loretta Smith and Louise Bryant.

Survivors are her husband of 44 years, William L. Reed, Sr. of Sheridan; son and daughter-in-law, Linn and Cassandra Reed of Bryant; daughter and son-in-law, Pamela and David Glein of Oak Harbor, Washington; 4 grandchildren, Erica, David, Hadley and Caleb; 4 great grandchildren, Allison, Jake, Gage, Hunter and a host of nieces, nephews, and friends.

Funeral services will be 10:00 A.M. Friday, December 19, 2014 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Raymond Derrick officiating. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are her nephews, Eddie Joe Williams, Steve Bryant, Harold Cotton, Carroll Cotton, Chester Williams and Kenneth Williams.
