William Carroll "KBO" McCool of Sheridan, Arkansas was born January 12, 1945 in Sheridan, the son of the late James "Cub" and Coy Yvonne Graves McCool. He attended Lost Creek Missionary Baptist Church and was a member of the Sheridan Boys Hunting Club. He loved to hunt, fish and be in his yard. He had also retired after 35 years from McCool Logging.

Carroll died Monday, June 9, 2008 at Saline Memorial Hospital in Benton at the age of 63.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Raymond McCool.

Survivors; Daughter, Gina Carol McCool and husband Angel Herrera, Jr. of Austin, Texas;
Significant other, Tammy Garner of Sheridan;
Grandson, Connor McCool Herrera;
Nephews, Kerry McCool and Darren McCool both of Sheridan;

Funeral services will be held at 6:00 P.M. Wednesday, June 11, 2008 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Bro. Kenneth Click and Bill Lancaster officiating. Visitation will also be Wednesday evening from 5:00-8:00 P.M. Memorials may be made to the American Lung Association or the Grant County Museum.
