Cary Edward Hodges of Mabelvale, Arkansas was born January 17, 1964 in Marianna, the son of the late James Edward and Nadine Farrell Hodges. He was a member of Scott Pentecostal Church. He enjoyed working and tinkering on cars and trucks. He was a fixer, had never met a stranger, and was always willing to help anyone he could.

Cary died Thursday, February 16, 2023 at his home at the age of 59.

He was preceded in death by his parents.

Survivors: wife and best friend of 18 years, Sharon Pate Hodges of Mabelvale; daughters, Heather (Jeffery) Stewart of Alaska, Mandie Hodges of Bryant; step-son, Thomas McKinney of Little Rock; step-daughter, Erin McKinney (Sonja) of Hot Springs; brother Terry (Melissa) Hodges of Sheridan; sister, Sandra Lane of Sheridan; 1 grandchild, Liliana Hodges and a host of extended family members friends

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
