Catherine Jo Raley Bailey, known to everyone as Cathy, of Tucker, Arkansas was born November 20, 1959 at Pine Bluff, the daughter of the late Troy and Margie Winkle Raley. She had worked for the school system in the cafeteria and later as a custodian. Cathy loved her family most of all. She also enjoyed cooking, cracking pecans, and going to yard sales looking for antiques.

Mrs. Bailey died Tuesday, February 23, 2021 at Jefferson Regional Medical Center in Pine Bluff, at the age of 61. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her children, Felicia Dianna Bailey and Keith Alan Bailey; sister, Patty Ann Raley.

Survivors include her husband of 41 years, P.A. Bailey of Tucker; grandchildren, Lillian Grace Gorecke-Bailey and Buster Dylan Kayne Bailey, both of Salem; sister, Kandra Taylor; brothers, James "Jimmy" Raley, Brad Raley; honorary family, Jenny Schalchlin of Salem and Shawna Moore of Lonoke.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Monday, March 1, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan. Burial will be in Providence Cemetery. Visitation is also Monday, from 1:00-2:00 P.M.
