Obituary
Cecil J. Norwood of Sheridan, Arkansas, was born February 23, 1945 at Malvern, the son of the late Jake and Mildred Draper Norwood. He worked in lawn care and enjoyed tinkering with old lawn mowers and watching westerns and sports. In addition to his parents , he was preceded in death by brothers, Jerry and Charles Norwood and a sister, Betty Sue Norwood.
Mr. Norwood died Sunday, December 2, 2007 at the age of 62.
Survivors include his brothers, Bill Norwood of Friendship, Earl Norwood of Sandy Springs, Oregon, Max Norwood of Little Rock and Donnie Norwood of Malvern; sister, Nancy O'Dell of Texas; niece, and caregiver Nancy Derrick of Sheridan, Nephews, Tony and Jeff Norwood of Sheridan.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 4, 2007 at Pleasant Hill Cemetery near Donaldson with Bro. Terry Williams officiating. There will be no visitation prior to the service.
