Charleen Jones Lybrand of Grapevine, Arkansas was born February 13, 1943 in Calistoga, California the daughter of the late Jack Jones and Pearl Flanagan Jones Brown. She was raised at Noble Lake and attended Linwood and Pine Bluff High School. She was a retired beautician, and a member of Pine Bluff Quilters Guild. She loved to sew and quilt, fish, hunt, paint, and cook for her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a infant son, Donnie Laminack; brother, Jack Jones, Sr., sister, Laverta Jones Shults and 2 siblings

Mrs. Lybrand died at her home surrounded by her family on Monday, January 22, 2024 at the age of 80.

Survivors: husband whom she married November 8, 1972, Wendell Lybrand of Grapevine; children, Jackie Lybrand Masters (Randy), Teressa Watkins Harrington (Raymond) all of Sheridan; Mike Watkins (Tanya) of White Hall; brothers, Ben Jones (Sue) of White Hall, Gene Brown (Tammy) of Sheridan; grandchildren, Cody Harrington, Matt Harrington, Tyler Jennings, Josh Watkins; bonus grandchildren, Joshua Masters. Jessica Blasengame, Whitney Sanders; great grandchildren, Hadley Harrington, Huxton Jennings, Lakeland Masters; and a host of extended family members and friends.

Graveside service will be 10:30 A.M. Friday, January 26, 2024 at Grapevine Cemetery with Bro. Steve Cypert officiating. Visitation will be Thursday, January 25, 2024 at the funeral home from 5:00-7:00 P.M.

Pallbearers are Nick Lybrand, Cody Hardwick, Michael Hardwick, Ben Jones, Jeff Jones, Jeremy Lowrey, and Micheal Lybrand. Honorary pallbearers are Shelby Taylor, Herbie Waymack, Tim Williamson, Paul Adams, David Wilson and Shawn Ward.
