Charlie Samuel Green, Sr. of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 24, 1940 at Sheridan, the son of the late Minor Jewell and Edna Maybelle Crook Green. He was a member of the Bethel United Methodist Church at Ico , was a retired self-employed truck driver and was a beloved Husband, Daddy, and Pa-Pa.

Mr. Green died Wednesday, December 15, 2004 at the Arkansas Heart Hospital in Little Rock at the age of 64. He was preceded in death by brothers: Minor, Elester, Levi, and John Green.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Saturday, December 18, 2004 at the Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with Rev. Bruce Bennett officiating. Burial will be in the Memorial Gardens Cemetery. Visitation: Friday 5-7 P.M. Pallbearers: T.J. Lavelle, Lyndon McWhorter, Jim Green, Marty Green, Jerry Phillips and David Phillips.
