Christian Bett "Chris" King of Sheridan, Arkansas was born August 6, 1993 in Benton, the son of Eddie Grant and Tammy Dixon King. He was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church and an 8th grade student at Sheridan Middle School where he had played football. He was a member of the Grant County Boxing Club and he loved to skateboard.

Chris died Wednesday, February 13, 2008 in Sheridan as a result of an accident at the age of 14.

He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Betty Sue King and maternal grandparents, Bobby and Janet Dixon.

Funeral Services will be 2:00 PM Sunday, February 17, 2008 at First Landmark Baptist Church with Rev. Rick Poyner and Rev. Terry Williams officiating. Burial will follow at Lost Creek Cemetery. Visitation: 5-7 Saturday night at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home.
Pallbearers are Eddie King, Dale King, Adrian King, Dale King, Sr., Chad Cassom and Luke Roberts.
