J.F. "Chub" Clement of Grapevine, Arkansas was born April 15, 1932 in Grapevine, the son of the late Mannie and Florence Cearley Clement. He was a member of Ain Missionary Baptist Church in Grapevine. He had served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict as a cook on the front line and was retired from the Cotton Belt Railroad. He loved horses, rodeos, traveling, camping and fishing. His greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his great grandbabies.
Chub died Wednesday, May 25, 2011 at home at the age of 79.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by brothers A. J."Bubba" Clement, V. M. "Big" Clement, granddaughter, Rebecca Clement, great grandchild, Tyler Bateman and sisters, Betty Hopkins and Mildred Smith.

Son, Tim and wife Regina Clement of Grapevine;
Daughter, Beverly and husband Richard Farmer of White Hall;
Brother, J. C. Clement of Sulphur Springs;
Sister, Anna Mae Spears of Greenbrier;
4 grandchildren, Terri Bateman, Cody Parnell, Rachel Clement and Raven Clement;
2 great grandchildren, Rayleigh and Kersten;
Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Saturday, May 28, 2011 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Raymond Derrick and Bro. David Hiblong officiating. Burial will follow in Ain Cemetery at Grapevine. Visitation: Friday from 6:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.
Pallbearers are Albert Easter, Fred Phillips, Cody Parnell, Charles Scott, Craig Umholtz and Michael Rogers.
