Cindy Lee Janetsky of Hensley, Arkansas was born April 3, 1964 in Gloversville, New York. She was born to Harold Hamner and Lynn Smith.

Cindy  passed away on March 15, 2022 at UAMS in Little Rock, at the age of 57.

She had a passion for art her whole life. She started out drawing and then lead into decorating with flowers. She loved her flower beds and gardening as well as playing games with her family and friends. Earlier in her life she enjoyed softball and bowling.

Cindy was preceded in death by her fathers George and Ted and her mother Lynn.

Survivors:  husband and soul mate for 17 years, Robert Armstrong; 4 children, Tahea, Kalub, Justyce, and Elmer. She had 7 grandchildren, Tyana, Taylr, Domanyck, Jaidyn, Wyatt, Chase and Schuylar; and 2 great grandchildren, Ethan and Emery.

There will be a service at her home at a later date.
