Cleo Martha Tidwell Orr of Carthage, Arkansas was born December 7, 1948 in McClellan, Arkansas, the daughter of the late James Grady and Ozie Leona Cox Tidwell. For several years she worked at St. Vincent's Medical Center as a physical therapist. She enjoyed fishing, shopping, watching the game show channel and playing games and cards. She loved her children, grandchildren and her dogs.

Cleo died Sunday, January 12, 2014 at her home at the age of 65.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James Orr, twin brother, Leo Tidwell, brothers, Jimmy Tidwell, Joey Tidwell, James Tidwell and GradyTidwell.

Survivors: Sons, Allen Brinsfield of Newport; Jeffrey Brinsfield and wife Louren of Little Rock; brothers, Jerry Tidwell of Augusta, Terry Tidwell of Alexander; sisters, Frances Robinson of Pine Bluff, Lola Osier of Gregory; grandchildren, Kyra and Isabella Brinsfield and Cody Matthews as well as a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Wednesday, January 15, 2013 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. John Brown officiating. Burial will follow at Hopewell Cemetery near Carthage. Visitation will be prior to the service from 1:00 until service time.
