Cora Lee Atchley Michael 79, of Sheridan, Arkansas took her walk home to Glory-land to be with our Lord and loved ones on Thursday, March 2, 2006. She was born in Sheridan on June 2, 1926, the daughter of the late Joseph Dexter and Dulcie Baker Atchley. She was a Baptist, housewife and mother, and was the widow of Isaac Michael, Sr. She was also predeceased by a son, Isaac Michael, Jr., brother, Harry Atchley and a sister, Mildred Bell.

She is survived by 2 sons, Harold and Jimmy Michael of Sheridan

2 daughters, Mary Ann Michael and Martha Yarberry and son in law, Randy, all of Sheridan.

4 Grandchildren, and the Best "Momma Sitter" ever, Sandy Ausbrooks.

Funeral Service will be Saturday, March 4, 2006 at 2:00 PM at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan, with Reverend Al Michael officiating. Burial will be in Orion Cemetery near Sheridan. Visitation will be from 6 until 8 PM on Friday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, please send memorials to Arkansas Hospice - 4014 Old Warren Road - Pine Bluff, Arkansas 71603. Pallbearers are Mike Bell, Brady Pye, Jimmy Michael II, Michael Michael, Perry Oldner, and Carrol Michael.
