David Casey Crutchfield of Sheridan, Arkansas was born May 27, 1987 at Doctor's Hospital in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the son of David Crutchfield and Sandra Clark Ulmer. He had served in the Arkansas Army National Guard.

He enjoyed being with his friends, riding four wheelers and motorcycles and spending time with his family.

Casey died Sunday, May 26, 2013 in Marshall, Texas in a fatal vehicle accident at the age of 25.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Cecil Crutchfield.

Survivors, Father and step-mother, David Crutchfield and Jaime Hebert; Mother and step-father, Sandra Clark Ulmer and Jeff Ulmer; Sister, Brandi Crutchfield; Step-brothers, Justin and Joshua Ulmer; Nephew, Bentley Daigle all of Picayune, MS; Paternal grandmother, Fannie Crutchfield of Sheridan; Paternal step-grandfather, Rayburn "Papa Ray" Ulmer of Picayune, MS; Maternal grandparents, Jerry and Fannie Clark of Sheridan and a host of aunts, uncles, cousin, and friends.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 31, 2013 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel.
Burial will follow at Center Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be Curtis Crutchfield, Kenneth Langley, Jesse Witcher, Justin Harp, Max Ozment, Michael Stratton,Blake Wimberly, Colton DeLaughter, SPC
James Vaughan and SSG Samuel Kell.
