David "Super Dave" Phillips was born on March 4, 1958 in Kalamazoo, MI. He served in the Army as Military Police stationed in Germany from 1976 to 1979.
He then moved to California where he was blessed with the birth of his daughter Jamie in 1985. In December of 1992 he married his best friend Kimberly, and became the best Dad who could ever be to Laci and Bradley. In 1994 Dave and Kim completed there family with the birth of their daughter Brandi.

Shortly after they moved to Arkansas they fell in love with the town and people of Sheridan. In 2002 Dave became the owner of the Tin Top Skating Rink in Sheridan and realized his life long calling of working with kids. In 2009 Dave was blessed with his first grandchild, quickly followed by two more over the next 10 months- at which time he discovered his greatest roll-being the best B-Pop there ever was.

He was preceeded in death by his mother, Marqueritte Phillips.

He is survived by his father and stepmother-Claude and Nancy Phillips, his brother and sister in law Robert and Patrice Phillips, His sister and brother in law Teresa and Robert Chau, His wife Kimberly, Daughter and son in law Jamie and Mason Montoya, Daughter and son in law Laci and Kevin Griffin, Son Bradley Phillips, Daughter Brandi Phillips, 3.95 grandchildren, nieces and nephews and so many loving friends.

Memorial Services will be held at 1:00 P.M., Sunday, July 10 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel in Sheridan with a Celebration of Life Party to follow at the Tin-Top Skating Rink.
