Obituary
David Wayne Smith of Little Rock was born September 26, 1959 in Dumas the son of Roy douglas Smith and Linda Lea Weems Ladd. He was of the Catholic faith.
Mr. Smith died Saturday, January 16, 2010 at St. Vincent's Infirmary Medical Center in Little Rock at the age of 50. Severe medical problems affected David at an early age and caused him to be disabled. He received his early education at Pine Bluff.
Survivors: Father, Roy Douglas Smith of Pine Bluff;
Mother, Linda Weems Ladd of Sheridan;
Brother, Douglas Lynn Smith of Sheridan;
2 nephews;
A time of visitation will be Friday, January 22, 2010 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home from 10:00 until 11:00 A.M.
Memorials may be made to The National Kidney Foundation of Arkansas.
