Donald Ray Boudra of Sheridan Arkansas was born June 24, 1937, the eldest son of the late Reedy Boudra and Dorothy Kelly. Ray worked at Georgia Pacific in Crossett Arkansas for over 20 years and worked as a Machinist for Stone Container until he retired. He owned and operated a family business Feed 4 Less and worked for the city of Sheridan until his final retirement at the age of 82.

He passed at his home surrounded by family on Jan 18, 2025.

He was a member of the Leola Church of Christ. He enjoyed fishing and hunting and working in his yard. He is survived by his wife of 62 years Nellie Boudra, his son Michael Boudra and daughter Stacy Williamson, grandchildren Derek and wife Sasha, Dylan and wife Payton, Blaize and Cordell Boudra. Payton and Jaycee Williamson, Andrew Williamson and Miami Niece, and 7 great grandchildren, sister Velda Valentine and a special borrowed son Brandon Carter.

Private graveside Funeral services will be at Philadelphia Cemetery in Prattsville, Arkansas.
