Donald Ray Neal of Sheridan, Arkansas was born December 12, 1941 at Harrisburg, Arkansas, the son of the late Allen and Iva Williams Neal. He was a member of Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church. Don's family was everything to him. He was a devoted husband, daddy, grandpa and great-grandpa. Don was very passionate about his music . He believed it was his ministry, and with his love for The Lord, and through his love of singing, he touched many people's lives.

Mr. Neal died Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Arkansas Hospice, at the age of 78.

Survivors include his wife of 58 years, Jean Pitts Neal of Sheridan; daughter and son-in-law, Lori and Chuck Thomas of Sheridan; daughter and son-in-law, Angie and David Mills of East End; grandchildren, Mike Thomas, Joel Walker, Payton Parrish, Cale Thomas, Chance Thomas, Lindsey Curry, Kane Mills and several great-grandchildren.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 A.M., Saturday, August 15, 2020 at Little Creek Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan, with Bro. John Mooney and Bro. Brent Williams officiating.

Don had a tender spot for kids, and memorials may be made to Arkansas Children's Hospital or St. Judes Children's Research Hospital.
