Donald Ike Pierce of Sheridan, Arkansas was born March 9, 1956 in England, Arkansas, the son of the late Bob and Etta Sue Branch Pierce.  Before retiring, he was a carpenter and a truck driver.  During his spare time, he enjoyed fishing and working with his hands building things.

Mr. Pierce died Wednesday, March 1, 2023 at his home in Sheridan, at the age of 66.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Sue Vanhoozer Pierce, and his brothers, Mike Pierce and Randy Pierce.

Survivors include his son, Jason Pierce; daughter, Amanda Talbert; both of Sheridan; sister, Nita Pierce of Indiana; grandchildren, Lyric, Rebecca, Elizabeth, Dixie, Zora, and Aisling

At his request no services will be held.
