Dorman Orval Young of Sherwood, Arkansas was born September 13, 1935 in Sheridan, Arkansas the son of the late B.W. and Doyle Edna Stevens Young. He was a member of Moose Lodge #942 in Sherwood and had served over 20 years in the United States Air Force.

Mr. Young died at his home on Saturday, November 24, 2012 at the age of 77.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Donna Young, a sister, Emma Clark and brothers, Claude and Carthel Young.

Sons, Mark Young and wife Amy of North Little Rock;
Eric Young and wife Joy of Bryant;
Daughters, Dorene Young of North Little Rock;
Debra Austin and husband Russell of Hot Springs and Renee Melancon of Holiday Island, Arkansas;
Sister, Pauline Clark of Sheridan;
18 Grandchildren; 15 Great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 P.M. on Saturday, December 1, 2012 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Gary Copeland officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00 P.M. until service time.
