Dorthey Shepherd Baker, of Sheridan, Arkansas was born at Sheridan on June 4, 1922, the daughter of the late Fletcher and Eva Higdon Shepherd. She died on Friday, July 1, 2005 at the Baptist Medical Center in Little Rock, Arkansas at the age of 83 years. She was a member of
First Baptist Church in Sheridan and was a retired Librarian, having worked at the Grant County Library.

Graveside Funeral Service will be Monday, July 4, 2005 at 10:00 AM at Lost Creek Cemetery in Sheridan with Reverend Mark Lindsey officiating.
