Douglas Lynn Smith of Sheridan, Arkansas was born October 25, 1957 in Dumas, Arkansas ths son of Roy Douglas Smith and Linda Lea Weems Ladd.
Mr. Smith died Wednesday, May 5, 2010 at his home at the age of 52.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David Smith.
Survivors, Twin sons, Lowell Smith Ladd and Roy Smith Ladd both of Conway;
Mother and step father, Linda and Harold Ladd of Sheridan;
Father and step mother, Roy and Betty Smith of Pine Bluff;
A service will be announced at a later date.
