Doyle Michael Lee of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 21, 1955 in Scottsburg, Indiana, the son of the late James Edward and Ruby Violet Vaughn Lee. He was a devout Christian man, and was a member of Corinth Missionary Baptist Church in Sheridan. He had retired from the Arkansas Highway Department and had served in the US Army for over 20 years as a recruiter during Desert Storm. He also served 2 tours in Germany. He enjoyed being outside, having grown up in a wildlife refuge, woodworking, making knives, welding and making leather goods. His grandparents were Native Americans and he was very proud of that.

Doyle went to be with his Lord on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab at the age of 61. He was surrounded by his family.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Jimmy Lee and a sister, Teresa Lowe.

Survivors: loving wife and caregiver of 13 years, Judy Fitzgerald Lee of Sheridan; daughters, Laura and husband Chris Bunch of Paragould, Erica and husband Laith Adams of Sheridan, Erin and husband Michael Sebree also of Sheridan; grandchildren, Hannah Bunch, Jonah Bunch and Ellison Adams; special niece, Terri Smith; special nephew, Timmy Lee and a host of extended family members and friends.

Funeral service will be 10:00 A.M. Saturday, November 19, 2016 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home with Bro. Tyler Askew and Bro. Jacob Kramer officiating. Burial will follow at Corinth Cemetery.
Visitation will be Friday from 5-7 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Chris Bunch, Laith Adams, Michael Sebree, Timmy Lee, Jim Mullenax, and Ricky Fitzgerald.

The family would like to express their sincere appreciation and gratitude to the staff at Sheridan Healthcare and Rehab and Arkansas Hospice for the loving care that was shown to him.
