Early Dean Ruth of Grapevine, Arkansas was born November 5, 1941 in Grapevine, the son of the late James L. and Selma Dorn Ruth. He was a retired motor grader for the Arkansas Highway Department. He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and always inviting friends and family members to come to his house to eat BBQ, play cards and dominoes, and have a good time.
Mr. Ruth died at his home on January 27, 2021 in Grapevine at the age of 79.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings Thomas Ruth, Joe Ruth, Leroy Ruth, Lillie Ruth, Queen Ruth, Theodore Ruth: son, James Cooper and a grandbaby, Kayveon Warren.
Survivors: wife of 47 years. Gertie Bunn Ruth of Grapevine, sons, Erwin Ruth of Carthage, Edward Ruth of Sheridan; daughter, Shana Campbell of Grapevine; 3 brother; 2 sisters; 4 grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and many friends. He had a very special grandson, Evan Ruth.
A time of visitation will be 10:00-12:00 P.M. Saturday, February 6, 2021 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. The Memorial Service will be 1:00 P.M. on Sunday Via ZOOM, the code is 7537587630. The code is 2021.
The family would like to thank David Wilson, Grant County Sheriffs Deputy, and the MEMS Paramedics for helping them in their time of need. Tanya Cannady, and Michelle Meadows and a special nephew, LeTroy Johnson as well. Also, the family would like to thank the The Kingdom Hall of the Jehovah's Witnesses for the food and many other items brought to the home.
