Edward Lee Barker, Jr. of Prattsville, Arkansas was born January 4, 1974 in Houston, Texas, the son of Edward Lee Barker, Sr. and Brenda Wiggins Thomas.

He enjoyed swimming, riding, and listening to bluegrass and country music.

Eddie left this earth to go to heaven to be with his grandparents, Harry and Lorraine Wiggins, his uncles Dennis and Larry Wiggins, his stepfather, Melvin Thomas, his cousin Leroy Parker and his aunt Harriette Burton on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 in Russellville at the age of 41.

Survivors: mother, Brenda Wiggins Thomas of Prattsville; brother, Shannon Ray Thomas of Mountain Pine; sisters, Jennifer Renee Thomas and Rebecca Ann Thomas both of Prattsville and 8 nieces and 1 nephew.

Funeral services will be 2:00 P.M. Thursday, January 15, 2015 at Memorial Gardens Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Sheridan. Visitation will be Wednesday from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers are Shannon Thomas, David Martin Walker, John Glen Ford, Thomas Wiggins, Jr., Allen Aultman and Thomas Wiggins, Sr.
