Elizabeth Clark Ozment of Sheridan, Arkansas was born September 15, 1954 in Pine Bluff, Arkansas the daughter of Pauline Young Clark and the late Jessie Franklin Clark. She was a 1972 graduate of Sheridan High School, a clerk at the Arkansas State Revenue Department and was a member of New Hope United Methodist Church.

Liz died Friday, April 23, 2004 at University of Arkansas Medical Sciences Center in Little Rock at the age of 49.
